Went in with an appointment and my own physical paperwork. It was Friday at 3 pm. The front desk didn't know I was bringing my own paperwork even though I was asked when I made the appointment and it was noted. I arrived early still was seen late. Then I guess a medical assistant took me back. I wasn't sure what she was because she looked like she was headed for the club. Dr.Mike Romeo is awful. He was rude and dismissive and refused to let me share the symptoms I was experiencing from my injury. He then failed to include what I was able to tell him when he asked questions and lied on my medical report. He falsified my medical records and mislead my insurance to believe I was recovered when I was not. When I asked for a referral to another physician he said he would not do so because he is the best doctor in town.
