It's the front desk she is so rude hasnt changed since ive been going there. I was called as a reminder of an appointment asked if I could be seen today was told yes come in at 11:45 long story short I come in and I'm told no you were called as a reminder I told her I know and was told to come in at 11:45 wasn't asked kindly for my date of birth just what's your date of birth she checks she said oh it was for 11:15 we don't give 11:45 appointments . The complete lack of medical care and professionalism is completely absent here.in Michael Romeo the worst were Comp doctor in the practice. That's saying a lot!

Went in with an appointment and my own physical paperwork. It was Friday at 3 pm. The front desk didn't know I was bringing my own paperwork even though I was asked when I made the appointment and it was noted. I arrived early still was seen late. Then I guess a medical assistant took me back. I wasn't sure what she was because she looked like she was headed for the club. She proceeded to fill out the wrong physical form which mind you I'm paying 30 dollars extra to have my own physical form for them to fill out. Long story ... read more
