If I could give 100 stars I would. People are very very nice from guard shack to staff in the warehouse and yard dogs! Got here at 3:30 am and had to drop my trailer at lane 1 (right in front of the docks) but they close the building between 04:00am to 06:00am and 16:00 to 18:00. My appointment was for 09:00am but they had a little more work than they usually do, started the trailer a little before 09:00am and I got called that the trailer was empty at 10:30am. I’ve come here 2 times and the first time I wasn’t granted access for my pick up a couple hours before but the second I was maybe because it was only 2-3 hours. Process is fast people at the guard shack are nice and respectful. You have to make sure trailer is clean and ready to load and move tandems before going and checking in shipping. Once checked in you get a door make sure you back in with doors closed. They have a clean bathroom and free candy and some machines. Overall nice place and nice people I love coming here
