YMMV but I did not have a good experience with this rental as a groom. I booked several weeks in advance, but the jackets I received were far below acceptable quality. One was badly faded, mismatched with the pants, and ill-fitting, and another had visible stains dirty—I had to rush it to the dry cleaner at my own expense just to have it ready in time. Aaron is amazing! Helped me out last minute with my wedding tux, super attentive to detail, clearly has decades of experience. Even helped me get everything ready for traveling with my tux overseas. Can’t recommend enough!
I was apart of a wedding party and this was the worst suit rental I’ve ever had. Not only did it fit horribly but he wouldn’t fix it. The suit had about a foot of extra length around my stomach. No big deal as most tailors would have taken it in. The owner said he couldn’t. On top of of of this it was 2 days before the wedding so he gave us no grace period for any issues.
