Horrible experience …back in 2008 we ordered and had quartz installed… with in a year we had a crack right off of a seam … I called numerous times and after about a year she finally arranged to come by to look at it( by then the crack was about 2 inches… after about another year ( numerous calls ) she says the company ( quartz ) won’t cover it and said it was because we took hot dishes out of our microwave and set it on there …… I had done my homework … quartz is not suppose to stain / crack ….
