I'm a paraplegic double-amputee. I travel by ******. I was assigned this company by ALC. They showed up without any knowledge on how to do a gurney transport. The safety belts they used were broken, and had to be tied together! The gurney and belts were so filthy, I wore surgical gloves. The seats inside the van, and the van itself, were also disgustingly filthy. (Check out Yelp review for photos.)
