They are definitely no longer the same ever since jose left. The new company never answers the phone or email they dont seem to care about what you have to get done. It sucks that jose left because this new company is horrible.
I had been a loyal client of this firm for years under the previous ownership and always had a positive experience. I have been going to Roman Group for the preparation of my personal taxes for years and never had a problem until this year. They made several mistakes on the submission of my taxes that have left me in a very difficult predicament. When I reached out to the person who worked on my taxes (Marlene) she was very uncourteous and unprofessional and to some extent disrespectful and did not offer any help or assistance with my situation.
