I have been going to Roman Group for the preparation of my personal taxes for years and never had a problem until this year. They made several mistakes on the submission of my taxes that have left me in a very difficult predicament. When I reached out to the person who worked on my taxes (Marlene) she was very uncourteous and unprofessional and to some extent disrespectful and did not offer any help or assistance with my situation. Mr. Roman is always very nice, he is good and fast doing the taxes
Román Group is a great place to do your personal or business taxes . I must say you will have to be patient as the team is extremely busy during tax season . I began dropping off my tax documents and they call me a two weeks later they are ready for pick-up . Great staff , very humble and honest individual . May god bless you Jose and your team .
