C.P.A. AND Mortgage Broker is a Conflict of Interest!!! I used to use Keith Pedersen Tax Service. He passed away and his survivors Sold his client base to Mr. McGarrell, under the guise of Accountant/C.P.A., but I later learn he really bought the client list for Home Loans too!!! I was a friend and used Keith Pedersen for over 20 years - This is NOT what he would've wanted!! What a shame...............
