UPDATE TO CEO RESPONSE Thanks for the response Don. But as I told your claims, I have 2 witness’s of subcontractor trades that watched the truck run over the pipe. So although you promise a resolution below, there still is none. There is $160 owed to you on my bill. The only resolution is to take that out of the $400 plumbing bill to repair the pipe submitted to you and send $240 as a refund to my company. Driver is rude. Uses middle finger in front of kids. Doing 70mph in a 40mph zone. Not the first review I've seen about horrible people working for this company. Friend told me she had a driver following her as well.
