Booked a facial on ClassPass and received notification it was confirmed. But I showed up and she wasn’t there and received zero notification or response. I had to take time off and schedule around for this appt. I was excited and would’ve appreciated a notice so I didn’t have to drive here.

I found Roma Med Spa because I was looking for somewhere that does hydrafacials and I HIGHLY recommend! Booking was easy, the spa itself was spotless but very spa-like, and the hydrafacial was perfect. Chantel is also very sweet but knowledgable. She was able to advise me on an unusual spot on my face and address it. Really looking forward to coming back for more facials and potentially some lasers!
I have been a client of Roma Med Spa for over two years, and I cannot recommend Chantel enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable about all the services she offers and tailors them to meet your specific needs. I have had microdermabrasion, Advantx laser treatments, the dermaplane facial, and regular facials from her, and each experience has been exceptional.
