We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Roma Furniture. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years, back when they had a branch in Coquitlam. Since that location closed, we decided to try the Surrey branch—and it has been nothing short of frustrating. The delivery was late, incomplete, and some of the furniture arrived damaged.
