Staff was eager to help me find a couch. He informed me that they can in fact make a couch for me with the specs I have. The prices however are too steep for my wallet. I did feel welcomed in the store and am still considering going through them for my future couch
Above and beyond furniture customization experience! I like how Tajinder doesn’t nickle and dime each customization. He worked within my budget to accommodate the customization. We furnished our new place with 3 bedroom suites and the LR sofa. I had all 3 bed headboards customized to a large size and even stain! For the king bed I wanted the stain to match my (20 yrs old furniture - originally from Roma). They no longer carried that stain but TJ took a sample drawer and matched the bed frame exactly to it.
