High quality and friendly service. Tom and the team are always happy to help out where they can; including managing to fit our massive 3 wheel e-trike into the workshop when no-one else would look at it, by moving all the display bikes out the way. Highly recommended.
I've been to a very popular shop needing to raise the handlebar stems of my daughters' bikes to no avail. I had the parts but they said it was the wrong size & they did not have the parts - quite shocking when I bought the bikes from the same shop. I wasted almost 2 weeks due to their incompetence.
