Update 10/2025 - I brought my bike for changing chain and maybe some other works. So they said the condition of many parts is terrible and it's better to buy a new bike. Ok then, as they didn't know when the parts are coming and when I can collect my bike if they going to do service, Tu We or who knows, I took my bike home. But then I realised I can't cycle home (I was walking for 5-10 minutes) = the sit was lifted very very high, so I had to come back and ask them to make things right. Really impressed - had a puncture on way to work, so called in to get a new inner tube. Was going to do myself, but they were able to do there and then and the price was so good, I couldn't say no... 10/15 mins later, chap came to find me in coffee shop and new inner tube and 2 new tyres (as they were completely shot) all done! Great stuff.

Moved down to Bristol a year ago and tried out a few different places, finally landed on these guys. They're a different class. All the jobs are done to the highest standard and at a great price! Really nice blokes as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I’m so impressed with this bike shop! My bike broke down this morning, and although they were fully booked, they listened to my situation and made time for me because I needed my bike for work. They fixed it quickly, efficiently, and with great care. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. I’m really grateful and highly recommend them!
