I had Rollos Cupar sell my house in Nov 22. The estate agency team were Janie, Louise and Scott. I can't speak highly enough of them. My buyer fell in love with my property after seeing Janie's photos, Louise kept me informed at all times and Scott negotiated a price beyond my expectations and above home report. My house was sold after the very first viewing, one day after being placed on the net. Rollos made my house purchase about as stressful as it could possibly be. They stalled the sale for 4 months. The house was a vacant possession but needed emptied. It was left in a disgraceful manner. After I complained to them they gave out my personal details to a local family who have been oppressive to me since the 1st day I moved in.
