Unfair billing practices and zero customer support. I had a very disappointing experience with Rollingtranz. When we stopped using their service, one ELD device was temporarily missing. I was charged over $385.85 which Mandy labeled as a "Device Repurchase" on the receipt. Couple months later, I found the device in perfect condition and reached out to return it for a refund. The sales agent ALBERT made of bunch of false promises and had the nerve to tell us that we made the mistake. HORRIBLE customer service. We asked to simply upgrade our account so we can use the features we expected and they went ahead and cancelled our acct. 1st time in my life in Business seen that happen where a company just dumps their client without any follow-up and we still haven't received a reply via email its been 2-3 business days.
