The sales agent ALBERT made of bunch of false promises and had the nerve to tell us that we made the mistake. HORRIBLE customer service. We asked to simply upgrade our account so we can use the features we expected and they went ahead and cancelled our acct. 1st time in my life in Business seen that happen where a company just dumps their client without any follow-up and we still haven't received a reply via email its been 2-3 business days.
