Very rude people. Will hang up right in your face as you are trying to talk to them. Very unprofessional.
My grandmother entered into The gables at rolling meadows on Hospice after a fall. It was traumatic due to a broken hip and a diagnosis of vascular Dementia. One evening after I had just left, I got called that there was an incident with my 91 year old, 90 pound grandmother. When I arrived back, my grandmother had barricaded her self against the door because she thought she was being robbed by the nurse that was in the room with her. Rolling Meadows in Wichita Falls is absolutely the best nursing home I have ever visited! They take excellent care of the residents! The food is great! They have excellent, as well as many activities. It is very, very clean. Everyone is very friendly with residents and visitors.
