Very rude people. Will hang up right in your face as you are trying to talk to them. Very unprofessional.
My grandmother entered into The gables at rolling meadows on Hospice after a fall. It was traumatic due to a broken hip and a diagnosis of vascular Dementia. One evening after I had just left, I got called that there was an incident with my 91 year old, 90 pound grandmother.
