Rice pilaf does not consist of undercooked rice. 2 x in a row! Yuck!
Worst nursing home in new Albany dirty smells only one tv per room nurses and cnas getting fired all the time the ed has no clue what’s she’s doing please if you love you family member do not send them here there are way better places in New Albany than this place. I wouldn’t send my dying dog here to be taken care of let along a senior family member
The staff at Rolling Hills put their compassion in action everyday! They are very caring a ready to help in any way they can. Today I had the pleasure of a resident approach me to make sure I knew how well her CNA takes care of her!
Staff is disrespectful I would never send my loved one here.
My sister is there now and I’m not impressed nobody answers phone they said she goes room to room and she is in a wheelchair and can’t walk her stuff is missing can’t get answers they short cut you with answers so many excuses never the their job when something goes wrong
