Normally great small town bank. Everyone’s normally really nice. Tracey is sweet. I had called about the app acting up which was confirmed that it was indeed acting up by Judy at griswold branch. I called Atlantic since they’re headquarters and Tracey handed me to a younger sounding gal. Might’ve been Genevieve but I can’t say. Whoever it was very rude. Only used the drive-up ATM. A bit of a reach from car to machine. No longer allows deposits from other banks which is inconvenient. Does allow free withdrawals from other institutions which is helpful.
