Would just like to tell the Reviewer who wrote in his review that " there is no bank out there who will approve a mortgage under at credit score of 640.". Just read yesterday in Yahoo finance that the minimum credit score for an FHA mortgage is 620, if you have 10 percent down payment, or minimum credit score of 500 if you have a 3.5 percent down payment with FHA or VA.
Been with them a few years, no real problems. Only lack of amount of banks is disappointing. Otherwise only reason I'd change banks is for convenience which isn't a factor atm.
