It's hard to give a five start rating to a place that you really enjoy living especially because of the friends that you make in a over fifty five community. We have a multitude of amenities that come with our monthly lot rent. But lately we have been disappointed with the communication between our HOA And our community Ownership. Update - Things for gotten progressively worse. Nothing from Michael Hawkins, the CEO - at this point we all are questioning his competence. Coffee bar and resident activities have been discontinued. Manager, Terry, is blaming "corporate" for everything and avoids taking responsibility for any of the decisions - and she continues to berate residents who complain to her. I want to begin by saying that we have a close and supportive community. The people who live here are great. We have many wonderful friends and cherish our neighbors. The issues that have so many of us unhappy have to do with the incompetent management and corporate ownership – Cove Communities. A recent survey of the park residents was overwhelming negative.
