Came in with a beat-up black friday mountain bike that had seen easily over several thousand miles in rugged usage, came back with a functioning, smooth, fast ride. Before the wheels had been nearly smoothed down to inner tubes, bent rims, spokes, broken spokes, broken and bent gears&gear teeth, broken shifting, all rusted, couldn't roll on its own and rusted to hell!
