I initially bought a pre-owned Trek Pilot 1.0 from Rollin’ Right to support the business after Edward kindly helped me out with a minor repair for free before he opened. I am an experienced road cyclist who regularly logs 30–50 mile rides, so I know my way around bike mechanics and expect pre-inspected bikes to be road-ready. Edward is a man that truly stands behind his work. Always a pleasure to meet with him when I need a tune up on my mountain bike. Great work at a reasonable price with excellent customer service!
Brought in bike to price replacing back wheel because it was so warped that the brake was useless. Edward checked it out and straightened it as good as new in 15 minutes for about a quarter of what it would have cost to replace it myself. Thanks!
