Rollin and his team exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Over the past few months, the market has been extremely challenging and had very little inventory to offer us for the desired price range and location. We were outbid several times and at one point ready to quit until these conditions changed. Rollin assured us over and over that we would find an even better house. He was true to his word. Rollin and his team were great in the process for searching for our home. Having a broker with a large staff, is definitely the way to go, instead of real estate agent, and let me tell you we are meticulous in our search.
