Miss Jo was so pleasant and efficient! I was in and out in no time at all and expected the service receiving them would take a bit to process but they had been received within 12 hours! I was so impressed as other locations turned me away or offered extended wait times for walk in appointments.

I had a great experience here. I went to get fingerprinted, but As the name suggests, they offer Notary services as well. I rung the doorbell and was greeted by a professional lady with a big smile saying good morning as she immediately opened the door for me. The state notified me that I needed to get finger prints for my job in 2 weeks. I had just replaced my driver’s license and only had a paper ID. Mrs. Jones went out of her way to fold my paper ID to fit into the ID scanner. I take important medications that I could not get without insurance— her effort and patience literally helped me maintain my job. Either their hours aren't accurate or they let appointments fall through. I scheduled an appointment via IdentiGO and the were closed at my scheduled time.

This was a very pleasant experience. The office was clean and comfortable. I was seen right at my appointment time and was in and out within just a few minutes.
