Fran is AMAZING!! My sisters and I came indecisive about what we wanted and she was the best and helped us make our choices and was the sweetest. Even when one of us placed an online order she made sure we didn’t leave empty handed
Rude and terrible service. Not a one off - been twice and same behavior! This time the door was locked at 4:50p and when I knocked opened and said they close at 5p. I needed to exchange a size, and she acted like she was doing me a favor. I left store before 5p. The item was a gift else I would never shop from a brand that hires staff with this attitude despite the MULTIPLE complaints online!

The entire staff, including the manager, was shockingly rude and completely unwelcoming to children. The company may be only wants to hire mean staffs! Their behavior gave the impression that kids are not welcome in the store at all. It’s disappointing and damaging to Roller Rabbit’s reputation—especially for a brand that sells children's clothing. This location does not reflect the family-friendly values one would expect
