Well wow! I knew Sue would be good from her reviews but I was blown away with everything. She came to the venue with everything prepared. She laid out this beautiful Japanese table with background music, held the children’s attention and gave clear instructions. There were 12 children ranging in age from 7 to 12 and mostly 8-10. Sue put on a wonderful spread for my son’s 15th birthday. She did a sushi making course for the boys beforehand (not an easy feat with 12 teenage boys!) teaching them a few different rolls & techniques. And then we sat down to a wonderful dinner afterwards. She also brought some delicious sake with her. I would recommend Roll With Me Sushi highly, we all had a very enjoyable evening.
Had a great sushi-making birthday party for a group of 8 10-year-olds. Everyone loved the experience and Sue managed the whole event beautifully. Would definitely recommend, and would do again!

I saw Sue Cole of 'Roll with me Sushi' give a wonderful presentation to the WI yesterday- she talked through and showed how to make some wonderful sushi pieces and then, the best bit! - we had tasters!!
