I called this Attorney to handle a Case for me, while we discussed the Case, I was extremely clear as to what I wanted him to do. He asked for a $3000 Retainer, I gave him $1000 ( Thank God ) because, he really did nothing and when I pressured him to keep moving, he decided, we didn't see eye to eye in this matter ( after I had explained exactly what I wanted to do ) and returned $250 from the $1000 I originally have given him.
