RecommendedFantastic service. We bought a couch that didn't hold up the way it should, (not Rolfson's fault) but they came out to our house, we live on an island so not very convenient, picked up the couch, and returned it 3 days later as good as new. The service team is amazing! Thank you!
I have been dealing with Rolfson's (Brian) since 1989 and have always had EXCELLENT service. I recently purchased a couch and two Lazy Boy chairs from them and am extremely happy with my purchases and the service. Brian has always had great suggestions and has helped everyone I have ever referred to him.
Don't ever buy anything from here. Took 4 months to get ordered chairs and never did they try to contact us about it nor did our salesman Brian care.
