Most relief I've had from neck and shoulder pain in a very long time!
Feel very lucky to have Lorraine as a resource in working towards better alignment. I felt transformed by the 10 series and think and appreciate my body in all new ways. I also completed a Rolf Movement series which is incredibly helpful to learn moves you can practice at home to continue progressing. I added them to my usual workout routine and they are very effective!

I cannot recommend Lorraine more highly. Her knowledge, intuition & engagement in how the body works has helped my body feel better and looser across a 10 wk series of sessions.
