Lorraine has absolutely changed my way of life with Rolfing. I had no idea what it was at the time I booked an appointment but was at my wits end with a hip injury. I had undergone almost a year of physical therapy which helped a bit but when I tried to exercise again, the pain crept right back up. I did the ten series with Lorraine and she focused on my whole body instead of just my hip. This allowed my body to reconfigure itself and move freely again. Lorraine is awesome - a true professional who listens to her clients and uses her expertise to heal. I was skeptical of Rolfing, but my results speak for themselves.
I was traveling and wanted to get a ROLF session to make sure my back pain didn’t flare up while I was on my trip. I scheduled with Lorraine and she did a fantastic job. The location was very easy to find. She was very friendly and professional. I was particularly having some hip and neck issues and with her help this is the best my neck has felt in months. I highly recommend Lorraine for anyone traveling through the New Orleans area or living in New Orleans and looking to start ROLF therapy.
Lorraine’s knowledge, experience, interpretation, application/technique of Rolfing was FANTASTIC!! The session loosened up tightness and increased my range of motion, as well as alleviating some chronic pain. Highly Recommended!!
