I highly recommend Carmen for Rolfing! She is extremely knowledgeable and explains things well. I completed a 10 series with her and after just one session I noticed a change in the way my body moved. I will continue to see her as needed!
Carmen is a great Rolfer, very accommodating and sensitive to individual needs. Really listens to her clients' concerns or questions and meets them where they are at. She is accepting and really knowledgeable. She's the only person who has been able to help me with my chronic pain and mobility issues.
Life changing experience!!! I highly recommend her work. I never knew how much pain I was in until it was gone!
