Coko is a magician. She is amazing in every way and I believe it is truly a gift that she has. She just knows what the body needs and treats as required. I had a big problem with my knee where I could not straighten my leg properly. She watched me walk in a few circles and from watching me walk she was able to pinpoint that the problem was coming from my ankle and my hip, not my knee where I had an injury. I am so impressed ! Coko has won me over with Rolfing. I had heard it was painful, but she is gentle. She has realigned my body, where my body actually holds the alignment, which was unlike my decades with chiropractic. It's like she has taken an eraser to my pain and given me back what it feels like to live in ease. Highly, highly recommended!
At first I was apprehensive about trying Rolfing, hearing that it was very painful. However with Coko the experience is really blissful!! Certainly there are moments where you must breathe through a release however that is perhaps only 5 minutes of your entire hour and a half experience. Coko is a very gifted practitioner. My body feels lighter, longer and more in line than ever. I highly recommend Coko.
