I’ve received several Rolfing sessions from Andrew Rosenstock and continue to be deeply impressed by the quality of his work. He combines exceptional technical skill, refined touch, and a remarkable depth of knowledge with genuine kindness and presence. Andrew is clearly passionate about helping people and deeply committed to continued learning and professional growth. His work reflects both intelligence and wisdom, and he brings a rare level of care and attentiveness to each session. I consider him a true leader in the fiel... read more

I would be cautious before deciding to work with this practitioner. While he seems to be knowledgeable, he also appeared quite condescending and judgmental. I also found that he was close-minded and forceful throughout the session. I'm glad others have found him helpful but would exercise caution before working with him.

Andrew is an excellent (and very unique) body worker and somatic therapist. He has a remarkable and often counterintuitive way of getting at chronic tension in the body, by working directly with nervous system and its unconscious patterns of holding, reaction, and repression. I’ve been seeing Andrew for a few months now, and he’s helped me tremendously in recovering from nervous system dysregulation and stress. Although I didn’t know what to expect when I came in for my first session, Andrew was immediately disarming with his down-to-earth, honest, and warm nature. On top of this, his respect for and attunement to my boundaries and emotional safety has nurtured genuine trust in him and the process. After years of researching and trying all kinds of popular nervous system healing strategies but fe... read more

I still don’t know how to explain what he does, but I felt like it turned down the stress dial on my body so that I could learn to better support it. Andrew is very approachable, and comes with a mix of physiology and philosophy that was refreshing since I wanted to avoid the incense-burning-bowl-humming type of provider. If you’re interested in any of the following, definitely work checking him out: chronic fatigue, nervous system deregulation, emotional suppression, and somatic experiencing.
