Been a year this month since we filed paperwork to press charges against someone. Keep getting the same excuse it's in my stack of papers to review. Never can get a return phone call never can get a straight answer. I guess I'll just have to eat the $16,500 that I had stolen. update so been roughly 2 years and now when I call the officer that was investigating is no longer with the department so they don't want to investigate it again even though they know she took the money.
