Pay for service and then not able to reach her for days. Amy is horrible, Elizabeth her mom was the only lawyer here that is worth paying for. Do not let Amy touch anything, she is NOT a professional or nice person to deal with.

I was excited to use this woman-owned law firm. I am a Metlife Legal customer and was referred to them from the service since they welcome Metlife Legal plan members. I received an email stating that further intake information is needed and that someone from the firm would contact me in 24-48 hours. It has now been well over 48 hours and nothing. I have checked my spam/junk folders and zero. I found a law firm through Metlife that wants to work with me.
