I read several reviews saying Laura Martin, the manager of Roland and Martin is rude and today, April 25, 2022, I witnessed it firsthand. When she finally returned my call, I had beenspeaking to several people at Crooked Hook RV Resort, where my husband and I reside. I too suffered the boat prop hustle. Rented a boat to fish the big "o" with my sons. I asked if there was a spare prop on board. I was told no, you have to call and be towed."xpensive!" So you can bet i was carefull To trim up when close to shallows. Upon returning we were told we had damaged prop.the assistant removed it by hand with no tools which i found odd.never seen one you could take off with your fingers.then started talking about damages."
