After several email interactions, the front desk was unable to understand my request. Although their website states they handle certain debt collection cases, they informed me they could not assist, apparently because it involves a small claim. This was confusing and disappointing

Very Bad and poor experience with the lawyer!!! My dad was scheduled for a first time conversation with the lawyer CLARA RODRIGUEZ. At the moment of the call the lawyer simply canceled the appointment because she say she was busy, and she mentioned that call it was free. So, she did not care to know about my dad's situation. Never ever had a bad experience with a lawyer like that.
