Booked tickets on ticketek, and they provided 15% discount on booking.com thru Rokt. Tried to make a booking with this 15% discount offer, but there is no discount, no code even when Rokt says discount offered at checkout. No contact details for Rokt. FALSE advertising.
Food is pretty good, just wish they allowed dogs on level 13
Disappointing experience. The sales lead took over a month to respond to our request to partner and activate the service. It bounced from NY to Sydney. The proposal was poorly presented. We signed the agreement and progressed the development work. Their CRO then cancelled the project without discussion. We're so surprised the service could be this bad. Unfortunately, on this occasion, it wasted so much time and energy. Hopefully they review feedback and improve.
