Technician came out and had no solid explanation on what was wrong with our dishwasher. My husband had already troubleshot the errors. He couldn’t test the circuitry. They just wanted to keep ordering parts and replacing them until the price exceeded the value of the dishwasher. They first 2 parts they recommended did not fix the problem. They ignore your calls and text messages. Don’t use this service.

Mike tried hard to diagnose why my fridge wasn't making ice..he tried several things over several visits to no solution. We eventually agreed to disconnect the water filtration system. The next day, the fridgenstatted to leak..probably from the ice maker ares. Since it was just a short time since Mike worked on it, we called him. We called at least 5 times over 3.weeks..and he NEVER returned the call. I even texted him. I have never written a review on an appliance repair and install company but I could not go another day without talking about the customer service and great job this team did on my appliances. Mike Roia came out to my home for several items and all are in perfect working order. He was honest about the repairs and veru fair with pricing. He even helped me by coming out when my fridge stopped working within 24hrs and I know that that level of commitment to a repeat client is not always seen with the others.
