After researching and communicating with multiple companies ROI was the only one to call quickly after our inquiry. I spoke directly with Jessee who is one of the owners and I was immediately put at ease with his knowledge and language he used when I asked a few test questions. Other companies charge astronomical fees and feed on your fears and lack of knowledge to get you to overpay for fancy folders and paperwork full of buzz words to make it seem like they have a secret potion that magically cures everything. I will never do business with this company again. Only after I filed a poor google review did they engage me about my complaint. Their contacts to me by text, phone and email, seeking for me to change my review became harassing. My opinion is this was a terrible transaction and a very bad experience. I’ve now hired new trainers to fulfill my needs for far less money.
