Did an outstanding job on the head replacement on my BMW 325is following a timing belt break.

He was sposed to change my sisters oil and charged her $35 and never changed it and also he adds "special" oil to it and it cost more
My mother reffered me to him because he replaced her engine in two days at a reasonable price. My clutch was going out of my car. I called around quite a few places and he was the best deal. I asked how long it would take, his response was it was a 6 hour job. I was dropping it off on a Friday it would be ready on Monday. When I called Monday it was going to be a few more days.
