My wife says they are trying to be a NE Ohio top 100 places to work. That may have been true back when the family owned it but not now. Over the last few years they're passed from investment group to investment group. Massive layoffs, job eliminations and restructuring are the norm now. Wife worked there for 30 years and job was eliminated. In the plant the junior people get the best schedules because the older workers stay.
As a customer standpoint excellent quality with a respectable on time deliver but as a former employee, highly recommend finding elsewhere. Lack of unity, cooperation, and formality throughout. As well of as inexperienced, lack of knowledge, in areas or positions that are needed!
