Best spin class I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of spin classes! Basically a Saturday morning rave with such good energy, the time flew by and that’s saying something. Also a massive shout out to the instructor Pete!!
This has been one of my happy places in Brighton. The staff is so friendly and the classes give you all the serotonin you need (especially in winter). I will recommend this place forever.
Highly recommended! Visiting Brighton with work and decided to give Rogue Cycle a try. Great facilities, very helpful and friendly staff who were welcoming. Awesome workout. Right next to the railway station. Will visit again when back in town!
