Won't send an invoice... but are calling about a $10 balance... will not say who the balance was owed too or why they have it... they used a robot caller... lowest of the low.
WARNING! This company also goes by Resolution Resource and Southern Oregon Credit Service. They are completely dishonest and have no shame in lying. I had a large bill with Medford Medical that I was waiting for the insurance to finish paying. When I was assured that I still owed $100, Medford Medical told me I could make payments of $20 a month. The next month they sold the bill to Rogue Valley Billing Service. RV Billing kept the $20 and said I still owe $100 and they also tacked on a so-called 'transfer fee'. They were ru... read more
