Great place to buy a Ford truck!
This was my first pleasant car buying experience. Every person at this dealership is friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful. They gave me a price and stuck with it. Would highly recommend.
Took car in for diagnostic didn't get a call back for 6 hrs then called to check on car and got transferred 7 times on the same call so i hung up and went to go pick up car on my way there got a call finally after 7 hrs by then it was to late customer service sucks and on top of that got charged 200 dollars to be disrespected what a joke never again
Had a great experience, very helpful customer service, and to some it up words can't express the joy I had when I left the dealership grade A+
Oil change appointment @ 11:00 3/26/2021 after waiting over 2 hours with no communication, I asked what was taking so long. Service manager never said sorry or nothing apologetic, stated I was getting my oil change for half price. No I was not because I have maintenance package on car. After another hour finally got car back. Tire was unrepairable so had to order and go back again on next day. Poorest customer service I have ever had. Everybody in waiting room even that arrived after me left long before I did.
