I inherited a very nice but very used bike, a Surly. On my way up a steep hill, a crank fell off. I still had one bolt; I couldn't reattach it; it looked like the crankset threads were stripped. The guys at Rogue reattached it with a bolt and saved me a nice amount. Good surprise! The bike has a hub shifter, and recently 4th gear went dead. Rogue fixed it with an adjustment for a few bucks when they could very easily have sold me a new hub. It's refreshing to have competent work mixed with honesty and delivered with a smile.
If you're an avid cyclist, this is the place for you. Top equipment, great fit service (best I've ever had), A+ mechanic. Small enough to be personal, but also competitive on prices. Highly recommend. :)

Chris and James are the best humans. Got a dream bike today and it wouldn’t have been possible without them making sure the build and parts were as desired. Would give more stars if I could. *Edit: got a bike fit with Chris too, and it was great. Very meticulous, and I’ve never felt better on the bike.
Chris was amazing for my bike fit, so lucky to have him. He listened, worked to get the solution best for me. Don't go anywhere else!
