They took 5 dollars out of my checking straight robbed me and the staff super nosy asking what checks are for .....they addressed to me cash them do your job that's non of your business what they are for ....they are for me addressed to me

Bad customer service.
Banks ATM had cash dispenser error and didn't give cash back. On my end the cash was removed but it never dispensed. They want me to do a dispute with my bank. Clearly the ATM is going to count out with extra money. Nobody but me and the bank knows what that amount is. They don't have compitent workers to be able to figure this out, I have to dispute and wait 45 days to possibly get money back. Ridiculous
