I've been a member for over 30 years and had a great relationship in the Rogue Valley. We live here and have had numerous problems at this branch over the last couple years. Closed my business account after they removed my own name on my own account! Absolute incompetence.
This place is out of control.only one in line and teller was no help.by the look of her.she wanted lunch.what joke Rogue credit Union.is losing customers.Now I know why.Rude too.
Took forever
The in-person staff at this bank are consistently polite and helpful. However, my attempts to utilize their services have been unsuccessful twice in the last year. Eight months ago, I tried to open an estate account, but was told the earliest appointment was almost two weeks away. I ended up going to US Bank and opened both an estate checking and savings account the same day.
