The in-person staff at this bank are consistently polite and helpful. However, my attempts to utilize their services have been unsuccessful twice in the last year. Eight months ago, I tried to open an estate account, but was told the earliest appointment was almost two weeks away. I ended up going to US Bank and opened both an estate checking and savings account the same day. Always fast quality service
Very helpful
Rouge has an atrocious phone system, you can't just call the bank to see about making an appointment, they keep you on hold forever with obnoxious music interjected by spamming and annoying ads for other services, then if you're lucky after 10 mins of holding for no reason they'll either connect you to someone who can't help you with a pissy attitude or place you on a call back list you just waited 12 minutes to get on. End of Rant.
