UPDATE: I contacted someone else I know in the company. He was able to get me to a manager and a support agent who easily solved my issues. So I guess it's a matter of who you talk to. Horrible phone customer service with a completely dismissive attitude when I had a fraud issue. Site sucks. Was locked out of the app after creating two new log in credentials. No browser would do anything other than immediately redirect to the log in page and then report that the username and pw I had just created did not match their records. I've been with RFCU since I was 14. Seriously entertaining a switch unfortunately.
Continuing wonderful experiences with this business regardless of branch. Great service!
Will not do Notaries for non-members. They will not even do it for paynent.
