I've been wanting to switch credit unions because of some irritating problems and service interruptions at my current one—all of which would be fine if they communicated these things better in advance. So, I finally pulled the trigger the other day, went online, and opened a new account with Rogue Credit Union. Apparently, mailing you your debit card as a new member isn't a service they offer. Honestly thought rogue cared about its members that have been very loyal. What a joke I’ll never do ANY business with this credit union again.
Tyler is great, but I do not recommend this branch: the juvenile tellers (Miranda felt very comfortable correcting me in front of others.) are snarky, the office manager Laura is actually worse, and that’s just the beginning of my concern with their lack of customer service. Shocking for such a forward-facing company. Please do better? We’re all out here doing the best we can, the least you can do is be kind to clients. 😞
