Friendly staff and they give away money
(10/5 Stars!) I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Rogue Credit Union in Eagle Point, Oregon. Stacy was incredibly helpful when I came in with a major issue involving my vehicle loan payment. My monthly payment had suddenly become three times higher than it was supposed to be, making it completely unaffordable. The increase was due to ICP forced insurance being added while I was away for military service and unable to provide proof of insurance for several months. Stacy immediately took action. All employees are not only professional but all in all are very nice when we are beingt aken care of.
My Wife and I became members to RCU in 2016. We have applied for loans a few times home and auto loans with each time being denied. We first applied for a home loan which we were expecting to get denied which we were. We were recommended to better our financial situation and was given some recommendations. We diligently followed those recommendations to the T and after doing so for a year or more and felt we were ready and financially better off.
