The staff at this location are super friendly and quick to help with any banking issue you have. Their machine recycyle machine #185 I believe is ruining many customers experince. Often times this machine will malfunction and cause long delays for the customers. The manager and staff and kind and supportive during these times but this machine was so bad when I was there today the line grew by 10 people while they were fixing it. My Wife and I became members to RCU in 2016. We have applied for loans a few times home and auto loans with each time being denied. We first applied for a home loan which we were expecting to get denied which we were. We were recommended to better our financial situation and was given some recommendations. I've been wanting to switch credit unions because of some irritating problems and service interruptions at my current one—all of which would be fine if they communicated these things better in advance. So, I finally pulled the trigger the other day, went online, and opened a new account with Rogue Credit Union. Apparently, mailing you your debit card as a new member isn't a service they offer.
