VOTING RIGHTS DENIED of Malheur Federal Credit Union merger with Rogue After 50 years of membership, I have been denied the right to vote on the planned merger with Rogue Credit Union. I became member (bought my share) when the credit union was in their infancy in Nyssa when records were kept in ledgers.
