Two tellers during the height of the busy times and they sit and talk with customers for 20 minutes at a time. Let's keep the chat to a minimum when there's 8 people in line.
I've been going to this branch for about 15 years or since they opened this one. I got my first loan for my first car here and the staff was amazing. They knew your name when you walked in, I got my husband to finally come to this credit union from across the street bc this place was great. I have to say the past year has been just awful with customer service. The older woman up front with glasses and blonde hair is so unpleasant and rude. More tellers please. Very kind and most know about how to figure things out. I agree with another comment ... the office people could help out when the waiting line time gets too long.
I have been banking here for over 20 yrs… I’m not gonna lie, I wish it was the way it used to be. More tellers, less people in line.. damn it was nice. I’ve noticed a shift though since Covid.(it ruined so much) There have been up to 3 tellers I think working.. MAX. I usually see 2. It’s sad that people have to wait that long,due to staffing issues.
