We have been going here and working with Connie to complete our tax returns for 15 years and are always very happy with the service. She is knowledgeable, quick, helps us save money, inexpensive, and so friendly.
We did our taxes with Connie and still haven't receive a copy of my tax paperwork since March of 2023. we keep calling the number no one answer and also email them we haven't not got any respond. Very poor customer service.
First time doing my taxes here and I can say it was very friendly and without stress. They are very knowledgeable and patient. Since I cannot drive to this office very often they put in the extra work to help me get my taxes filed expediently. I will be returning next year!
