Return policy does not make sense, especially in this day and age. Husband ordered $1k waders and $250 game ear to be shipped (of course, without reading return policy and without letting me know, otherwise I would have warned him to be sure it wasn’t a fiasco to return, since there is no local store). Turns out it is a fiasco, another company with gamey rules. The game ear would not turn on, so I had to deal w the return. I am appalled by their unprofessional manner I was treated. I ordered waders, received the wrong item - asking for a return, and, telling them I expect the correct ones(not in stock) - the lady told me " I don't need your sh*t". literally! basically, they want nothing to do with correcting their error. Credit your money & please go away is what they are inferring. I have experienced bad service, this one takes the cake!
I called and ordered two Higdon Pulsators. The lady taking the order was friendly, courteous and told me when to expect my order. They arrived on time. Most of the stores have them on backorder. Excellent service and price. Thank You. Expect my orders in the future. Duck Hunter for 68 years.
Ordered ammo online. My order was filled, shipped and received promptly. Great experience.
